I agree!! The crit classes have been very good for me but haven't formed any relationships in the class. Everybody seems to be doing their own thing. Scary!!

myAttitude Workout Pal

Lately I've been seeing "MyFitnessPal" posts on facebook. This is a great tool to encourage fitness goal setting.

While I certainly could use all the fitness tools myself, I've realized my positive thinking muscle has atrophied more than my body has.

My goal is to find a positive experience to write about every day. We'll see how well I do.

My older posts are from when I was forced to write weekly for a class. A hellish class. It comes full circle now because I'm trying to undo some of the baggage from the crunch that class created in my life.
