what have i done?

this is my confessional. if i confess, perhaps my burden will be lifted.

i bought a temporary subscription to a clipart site. allow me to share the bad taste:

myAttitude Workout Pal

Lately I've been seeing "MyFitnessPal" posts on facebook. This is a great tool to encourage fitness goal setting.

While I certainly could use all the fitness tools myself, I've realized my positive thinking muscle has atrophied more than my body has.

My goal is to find a positive experience to write about every day. We'll see how well I do.

My older posts are from when I was forced to write weekly for a class. A hellish class. It comes full circle now because I'm trying to undo some of the baggage from the crunch that class created in my life.
